UnitingCare in Woodridge is seeking a Child and Family Practitioner to join our Family Relationship Centre on a permanent full-time basis. You will work with children, parents and families experiencing separation, delivering child-inclusive practice, education, assessment and case management to support families through the Family Dispute Resolution process.
You will collaborate with FDR Practitioners, maintain records, and help identify referral pathways while upholding compliance and quality.
