Blue Care is seeking an experienced Audit and Compliance Advisor to strengthen our governance and assurance framework across aged care services.
You will lead risk-based audits, provide board-ready assurance reports, and coordinate regulator engagements to support regulatory readiness.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Care, Governance & Quality, you will apply a risk-based approach, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and improve outcomes for residents and clients.
