BlueCare Aged Care Facilities is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to lead wellness, dining, hospitality and home services across a portfolio of residential aged care homes in Queensland. You will drive resident experience standards and champion person-centred programs that promote dignity and quality of life.
You will collaborate with Residential Service Managers, Home Services Leads and multidisciplinary teams to deliver engaging programs, quality cleaning and dining experiences.
