Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains MGallery is seeking a dynamic Director of Fun to lead the Leisure Team and oversee all amusement and leisure facilities, including the iconic Blue Mountains Ice-Skating Rink. You will shape guest experiences, drive revenue, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all venues.
You will champion safety, service excellence and team development while guiding school holiday programs, guest engagement, and ticketing in collaboration with Marketing and senior.
