Fairmont Resort in the Blue Mountains is seeking a dynamic Director of Fun to lead our Leisure Team and oversee all amusement and leisure offerings, including the Blue Mountains Ice-Skating Rink. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends guest interaction with strategic oversight.
You will shape guest experiences, drive revenue, ensure safety and service excellence, and manage school holiday programs, bookings, and facilities presentation with a strong Accor-standard focus.
