We are currently looking for an experienced Recycling Team Leader to join a busy recycling operation in Villawood.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable and able to take initiative. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and can confidently guide and support a team while also being involved in the day-to-day work.
About the role
- Lead and support a team
- Assist with daily recycling operations
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
- Take initiative and help resolve issues as they arise
- Work alongside the team and lead by example
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in recycling, waste management, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar environment is essential
- Previous team leadership experience is highly regarded
- Someone who is confident taking initiative and responsibility
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Forklift licence is a bonus
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person.
