If you're reading this, something's not right where you are:

  • You're one name on a long roster and nobody upstairs knows yours
  • The first hour of the job goes on chasing parts that should have been in the van
  • Weekend work keeps eating into your Saturday
  • You sit in traffic for an hour each way before you've earned a cent
  • Same rough-in, same estate, every single day

You didn't spend years getting your licence to feel like that. Here's how it works with us.

You deal with me, not a roster. I'm Mitch. I own Expert Electrical Services. It's me, one A-grade sparky and an apprentice. Something not right? Tell me and we sort it out. Small team, so good work gets noticed.

What you get

  • $50 to $60 an hour plus super, based on your experience. No guessing games
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 at three months and $1,000 at six months
  • Monday to Friday. No weekend roster, no on-call. Saturday is yours
  • Your own take‑home company van, restocked each week against the jobs booked for that week, plus a fuel card (if you live within our service area)
  • Your birthday off, every year
  • Tools, PPE and uniforms supplied
  • Local jobs, real variety
  • Based in Jordan Springs, working across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains. No hour on the motorway into the city
  • Homes, commercial and light industrial, from service calls to fit‑outs and staged projects
  • Switchboard upgrades, EV chargers, feature lighting, TV and AV

About the pay

The rate depends on what you bring. The top end is for someone who works on their own, finds faults quickly, deals well with customers and owns the job from start to finish.

This isn't for you if

  • You don't hold a current NSW A-grade electrical licence
  • You don't hold a driver's licence and White Card
  • You'd rather rush a job than do it properly
  • You don't enjoy dealing with customers. Most of our work is repeat customers and word of mouth
  • You won't write up the job on your phone before you leave site
