High Reach Forklift Driver
About the Role
Manpower is currently recruiting experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers for a busy warehouse operation based in Truganina.
We are looking for reliable operators with strong high reach experience who can confidently work within high-bay racking environments. Multiple positions are available across day and afternoon shifts, with Saturday work available and immediate starts from Wednesday or Thursday.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Complete putaways, replenishment and stock movements
- Load and unload inbound and outbound freight
- Pick and stage orders for dispatch
- Work within high-bay racking systems
- Conduct forklift pre-start safety checks
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organisation
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven high reach forklift experience (essential)
- Experience operating in high-bay racking environments
- Strong warehouse and logistics experience
- Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable, punctual and capable of working in a fast-paced team environment
What's On Offer?
- $36.00 per hour + Super
- Weekly pay
- Morning shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Afternoon shift: 2:00pm - 10:0pm
- Saturday shifts available
