Exodas Pty Ltd is a well-established and growing transport and logistics company that has been operating along the East Coast of Australia for 24 years, from Nth Queensland through to Melbourne. Head Office is located in Yatala with depots/yards in Melbourne, Sydney, Warnervale, Mackay, Bowen, Townsville, Tully, Innisfail and Mareeba.
We are seeking a full-time Administration Clerk and also a part-time Administration Clerk, both with experience in transport operations administration to join our team in Yatala.
- Permanent Full-time: Monday to Friday (10.00am to 6.00pm) plus one weekend day every four weeks during busy periods
- Permanent Part-time: (4 days) Friday (10.00am to 6.00pm), Saturday & Sunday (8.00am to 4.00pm), Monday (10.00am to 6.00pm)
As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Data entry of bookings
- Updating bookings
- Manifesting delivery and pick up loads
- Liaising with clients and staff
- Reporting weekly to management
- Daily use of excel spreadsheets
About you:
- Experience within the Transport/Logistics Sector is desirable
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in an efficient manner
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
