As a Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, managing both people and projects. While this is a leadership role, we value teamwork and sometimes rolling up your sleeves to support the team will be part of the job.
Key responsibilities
Supervising Projects: Liaise with the Scheduling Team, completing reports, conducting audits, and ensuring jobs are delivered on time and on budget.
Customer Service: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and motivating your team to deliver top-notch results.
Safety: Actively promote and enforce Site Safety
Business Growth: Building relationships with new and existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
Continuous Improvement: Streamlining processes and finding better ways to deliver our services.
About you
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in project management (familiarity with tools like Simpro is a bonus).
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
A track record of building strong client and team relationships.
A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
Experience supervising or managing people in a hands-on industry.
