Ideally, you've had experience as a Front Office Clinic Coordinator, Office Administrator or in a premium customer service environment where professionalism and personalised service were essential.
You're now looking for your next challenge where you'll manage multiple priorities while delivering a seamless patient experience. This is a fast-paced, performance-focused role responsible for structured scheduling, patient coordination and front office management.
This is not a traditional reception role. You'll play a key part in maximising clinic productivity, maintaining an optimised appointment book and supporting daily operational performance.
