The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead performance and analytics transformation initiatives, including platform onboarding and client migrations from legacy systems to modern solutions. The role oversees delivery from intake through release readiness, operationalization, and post-release reporting, while coordinating milestones, dependencies, resources, and risk resolution across global teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing migration readiness
- Partnering with product and technology teams
- Coordinating testing and training
- Leading change management in line with control and compliance expectations
- Validating analytics outputs
- Addressing production issues
- Improving delivery processes
- Communicating progress and recommendations to stakeholders
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in product delivery, implementation, program management, or operations within financial services. Required qualifications include:
