The Company is seeking a Head of People & Culture with a strong commercial mindset to join their dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to the agency CEOs, driving the people agenda in line with the business strategy. This role is pivotal in the transformation of the People & Culture division, particularly in the areas of AI adoption, integration of offshore and onshore teams, and the standardization and automation of P&C programs.
The Head of People & Culture will be responsible for org design, workforce planning, performance, and culture, and will lead a small P&C team to champion DE&I, and wellbeing, and ensure that talent and performance cycles are objective and merit-based.
Applicants should have significant experience in a senior P&C role within an agency, creative, or professional services business, with a proven track record of working directly with CEOs. The role requires a hands-on approach to AI and experience in driving its adoption and integration into P&C processes. Strong skills in Australian employment law and employee relations are essential, as is the ability to work with offshore and distributed teams.
The ideal candidate will be commercial, calm, and credible, with a natural coaching style, and will be adept at leading a small team while also being deeply involved in the operational aspects of the role.
