The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for Retail and Foodservice to lead the next phase of growth. This pivotal role involves a strong focus on expanding retail distribution, building brand presence, and maximizing commercial opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a small team, and working closely with internal stakeholders to support innovation and new product development. The Head of Sales will also be expected to influence the broader commercial strategy within the business, which operates in both retail and foodservice markets.Applicants for the Head of Sales position should be experienced National Business Managers or National Sales Managers with a background in FMCG and proven retail sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving sales growth, securing new distribution, and managing key retail accounts. Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and experience in brand building are highly desirable. The role requires the ability to lead, influence, and develop a team, as well as a deep understanding of the different commercial requirements of retail and foodservice channels.
