The Company is seeking a Head of Digital, Technology, and Data to lead its digital and AI strategy in support of its conservation mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, architecture, and delivery of the organization's technology, digital systems, business applications, and data functions. This includes the development and maintenance of the digital and AI strategy, as well as ensuring the information and data protection framework, cybersecurity, and the reliability of applications.
The role also involves leading business application projects, managing functional budgets, and overseeing a team across multiple properties. Key to success in this position is the ability to secure ownership of the strategy from the Board, Senior Executive, and staff, and to ensure the coordinated delivery of initiatives with minimal disruption.
