We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade and play a key role in maintaining the exceptional culinary standards for which South Lodge is known.

Key Responsibilites
- Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
- Organise and manage daily preparation and service within your area
- Support, coach and develop Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs
- Ensure excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and portion control throughout service
- Assist with stock control, ordering and stock rotation processes
- Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Contribute ideas and creativity to menus, dishes and ways of working
- Support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food
Person Specification
You'll be an experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up, with a passion for delivering exceptional food and maintaining the highest culinary standards. You'll bring:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or as a Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step
- Confidence running a section within a quality hospitality environment
- Strong culinary skills and excellent attention to detail
- Enjoyment in supporting and developing junior team members
- Organisation and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality and continuous improvement
- An eagerness to progress your culinary career within a supportive environment
