We are seeking an experienced a Facilities Management Officer to support the maintenance, performance and compliance of Council facilities and associated assets in Panania, NSW.
This role involves coordinating maintenance, managing contractors, supporting procurement and budgets, ensuring safety and compliance, and improving building services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating building maintenance and monitoring contractor performance
- Managing asset maintenance, compliance and lifecycle requirements
- Supporting contract administration, procurement and budget planning
- Ensuring safety, risk management and compliance with relevant policies
- Liaising with contractors and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities for improvement
About You
- Experience in building services, facilities or asset management
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of maintenance, compliance and contractor management
- Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
- Pay rate: $63.68 per hour
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm
