Our client is looking for an experienced Strategic Planning & Performance Analyst with strong Power BI and advanced Excel skills to support key strategic planning, operational planning and organisational performance activities.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will play an important part in coordinating operational planning activities, monitoring organisational performance and preparing enterprise-level performance reporting.
You will be responsible for gathering and analysing data from multiple sources, transforming information into meaningful insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of strategic and operational planning activities.
- Prepare enterprise-wide performance reports aligned with internal and statutory reporting requirements.
- Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities.
- Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Gather, consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Support organisational performance monitoring and reporting processes.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to improve reporting quality, data accuracy and performance outcomes.
About You
Strong, hands‑on Power BI skills, with proven experience developing dashboards and reports .
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret large data sets.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, performance reporting and generating business insights.
- Experience supporting strategic planning, operational planning or organisational performance activities.
- Ability to extract, consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
