We’re looking for a Branch Administrator & Customer Support team member to help keep our Shepparton branch organised, our customers informed and our sales process moving. This is primarily an administration role, with customer service, sales support and freight coordination woven into your day. You’ll learn how the branch works, build useful product knowledge and develop skills you can take further as your career grows.

Your day could include:

• Welcoming customers and responding to phone, online and Facebook Marketplace enquiries.
• Helping customers with production, pricing and availability.
• Preparing quotes, coordinating invoice requests and keeping customer records accurate.
• Following up payments, orders and customer collections.
• Organising freight quotes, bookings and delivery updates.
• Keeping customers informed when their stock arrives or delivery plans change.
• Working with our warehouse, Accounts, Parts/Warranty and other branches to get things sorted.
• Keeping the front office organised and customer information up to date.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in administration, customer service, retail, sales support or a similar role.
• Clear, friendly communication and a helpful approach.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• Care with details, especially paperwork, pricing and customer records.
• The ability to organise competing tasks and keep people updated.
• A willingness to take ownership and ask for help when you need it.
