Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced full‑time breakfast chef to join the team.
This is a great role for someone that is looking to work mainly breakfast and lunch shifts.
You will be working in a small team to deliver an excellent breakfast buffet offering to guests and support the wider team across the hotel.
- What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience working in a busy hotel, club or similar environment.
- Experience across different sections with a strong understanding of bulk cooking and buffet experience.
- Ability to train and mentor junior staff and maintain consistency.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Attention to detail, well‑presented and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard.
