EVT Limited in New South Wales is seeking a Retail Manager to coordinate our Food & Beverage outlets and the conference and event venue operations.
You will lead with presence, communicate across outlets and teams, and actively engage guests during peak service periods to deliver outstanding experiences.
As a visible leader, you will coach and mentor teams, drive stock controls, forecast demand, and work with Conference and Events to maximise revenue while maintaining WHS and RSA standards.
