Key Responsibilities
- Act as Manager on Duty overnight, supervising Night Auditor, Porters and other staff
- Check guests in/out and process transactions accurately
- Complete the night audit, ensuring revenue and payments reconcile
- Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Secure the hotel overnight per established procedures
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance as needed
- Manage reservations and room rates accurately
- Complete opening/closing duties and follow hotel policies and WH&S guidelines
- What You’ll Bring
- Front Office or night audit experience, ideally in hotels
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems and cashiering
- Excellent guest service and problem‑solving skills
- Confidence to lead a small team overnight
- Strong attention to detail
- Availability to work overnight shifts
