EVT Limited is seeking a hands-on Reservations Leader to run the Reservations Department across our hotel network in Melbourne.
You will set policies, oversee inquiries via phone, email, website and third parties, and drive occupancy and revenue through effective inventory control.
You will coach and develop a team of reservation agents, partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Revenue on pricing and promotions, and analyze data to forecast performance against budgets.
