Key Responsibilities
- Lead hotel operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest‑focused service.
- Oversee Front Office performance, staffing levels, presentation standards, and service delivery.
- Maintain strong communication across all departments and support teams as required.
- Drive revenue through effective rate management, upselling, and promotion of hotel facilities.
- Monitor and control departmental costs, cash handling, security procedures, and compliance.
- Maintain duty logs, incident reports, WH&S standards, and crisis management readiness.
- Lead, coach, and support staff to uphold service culture, productivity, and hotel values.
- Protect and maintain hotel assets, systems, and public area presentation.
- Represent the hotel as its ambassador, ensuring a welcoming, professional environment at all times.
