Key Responsibilities
- Produce plated desserts for two restaurants and conferences, and help produce the Zumbo High Tea
- Deliver a high quality food product at all times, following standard recipes across all outlets
- Demonstrate strong recipe knowledge for every item on the hotel’s menus
- Monitor food quality, quantity and portion control, and requisition product in line with hotel policies and procedures
- Monitor food storage and maintain a clean, safe working environment in line with hotel and WH&S standards
- Care for kitchen equipment, work harmoniously with the service team and support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with additional duties as directed
