EVT is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead service at its luxury hotel venues in Melbourne. You will manage daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while coaching a high-performing team.
In this role you'll optimise labour, controls costs, and partner with the Food & Beverage Director to deliver memorable dining experiences in EVT's premium hospitality portfolio. Prior leadership in fine-dining or luxury hotel restaurants is preferred.
