Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Commis Chef to assist in food preparation across Luke's Kitchen and hotel outlets. You will work under the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef, developing skills in busy kitchen environments and contributing to high-quality, freshly prepared dishes.
Responsibilities include mise en place, portioning, maintaining ingredient quality, plating, and adhering to food safety standards. Previous kitchen experience and a commercial cookery certificate are preferred.
