Duties, but not limited to
- Collecting samples from manufacturing line
- QC testing of raw materials and finished products using basic wet chemistry techniques (titrations, p H, brix, HPLC)
- Batch release
- Assisting with sensory evaluations
- Data entry and result compilation
- Check and fill-in quality paperwork
- General housekeeping and maintenanceof lab
- Ensure GMP standards
Skills/experience
- Currently in 2nd or 3rd year studying Food science, Chemistry, or similar
- Good understanding of GMP and chemistry analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Must have a car
- Available to work across day and night shifts
