Evolve Early Education – Bell Post Hill VIC

Imagination Garden Early Learning Centre in Bell Post Hill, Geelong, is looking for experienced Assistant Educators to join our team. Full time and part time, permanent.

Applicants who have a demonstrable record of maintaining quality care and standards, and of supporting a room team, will be given consideration for above award rates.

Our philosophy

We believe children learn and grow through play, discovery and connection with nature. Outdoor play is central to our day. Our yards, veggie garden and sandpits are where a lot of the learning happens, and children of all ages and abilities play together in one open space.

Our values

Belonging. An open environment where children, families and educators know each other.

Continuity of care. The same faces, a cohesive team, and a consistent approach across every room.

Respect for each child. Their pace, their interests, their way of learning.

Growing together. We learn alongside the children and each other, and we keep developing as a team.

About the centre

Imagination Garden cares for babies through to kindergarten across nursery, toddler and kindergarten rooms. We have an in-house chef, weekly gardening and cooking experiences, yoga and music, and regular excursions and incursions.

We are a centre focused on quality improvement with an engaged workforce. For many of us, the centre has been a second home. In our 2026 team survey, every team member who responded said they would recommend Imagination Garden as a great place to work.
