We are looking for an experienced technical SCRUM Master to assist with a clients needs in facilitating Scrum practices, ensuring effective team collaboration, and helping teams deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently.
Having a strong experience of fast-paced environments and supporting the delivery of complex software development projects across multiple teams will be essential.
Hybrid working (2-3 days in office).
- Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Scum Master certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, PSM 1 or 2, SAFe Scrum Master).
- Experience with and strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Proven experience working with multiple cross-functional Agile teams simultaneously.
- Deep understanding and practical application of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Skilled in impediment removal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Release Managers and delivery teams to ensure clarity of goals, backlog prioritisation, and value delivery.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern delivery practices (e. g., Dev Ops, CI/CD).
Health industry expereince would be a bonus.
