Evolution Mining seeks a senior underground mining leader to shape the strategic direction and performance of the Mungari Underground operation. You will lead through a senior leadership team, translate long-term objectives into actionable plans and drive a high-performance culture across the site.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape the vision, set KPIs and partner across Technical Services, Maintenance, Geology, HSEC and Commercial to deliver safety, productivity and cost.
