As our People & Culture Business Partner, you'll work alongside operational leaders to shape workforce capability, strengthen employee engagement and support the delivery of people initiatives that help our business perform at its best.
Working a 5:2 / 4:3 roster at Northparkes Operations in Parkes, NSW, you'll enjoy genuine lifestyle balance while supporting leaders and teams across the operation.
This is a fixed-term opportunity through to January 2028 providing the chance to gain broad generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle, work on meaningful people initiatives and position yourself for future opportunities within Evolution Mining.
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you'll
- Partner with leaders to build high performing teams and drive positive people outcomes across the operation.
- Influence engagement, performance and workforce initiatives that support both employees and business objectives.
- Help attract, develop and retain talent through recruitment, onboarding and development programs.
- Contribute to people projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activities that create lasting business value.

Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Experience working in an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or similar People & Culture role.
- Strong capability across employee relations, performance management and stakeholder coaching.
- Experience using HRIS platforms, with Success Factors or SAP exposure highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions focused approach.
- Current Manual Driver's Licence.
