Everybody Clinics is looking for our next superstar 2IC / Assistant Clinic Manager to join our growing Sunshine Coast team!

About the Opportunity
As our Assistant Clinic Manager / 2IC, you'll play an important role in supporting the success of our Sippy Downs clinic.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining body sculpting treatments, consultations, sales, client relationships & leadership.
You'll work closely with our Clinic Manager to support daily operations, maintain exceptional standards & help drive the clinic's performance.
Your role will include:
- Performing a range of advanced body sculpting & aesthetic treatments.
- Conducting consultations & confidently converting enquiries into treatment packages.
- Building strong relationships with clients & recommending personalised treatment plans.
- Identifying opportunities for additional treatments, upgrades & ongoing client care.
- Working towards individual and clinic sales targets.
- Supporting the Clinic Manager with daily operations, team performance & leadership.
- Creating an exceptional client experience that encourages repeat visits, referrals & positive reviews.
- Taking initiative, solving problems & contributing ideas to help the clinic grow.
- Stepping into additional leadership responsibilities as your confidence and experience develop.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, confidence & ambition to everything they do.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics, body sculpting or a similar industry.
- Are confident in sales and genuinely enjoy working towards targets.
- Have excellent communication skills and can build rapport with clients naturally.
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional treatments & customer experiences.
- Have a strong work ethic, take initiative & can be trusted to take ownership.
- Are organised, reliable & comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy motivating others and have an interest in developing your leadership skills.
- Are open to feedback, eager to learn & continuously looking for ways to improve.
- Want to build a long-term career rather than simply find your next job.
Previous experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist, Team Leader, 2IC or Assistant Clinic Manager would be highly regarded.
However, if you're an exceptional therapist with strong sales ability & the ambition to step into leadership, we'd still love to hear from you.
Availability: This is a full-time position at our Sippy Downs clinic. Applicants must be available to work a flexible roster, including late-night shifts and Saturdays (you'll have every Sunday & Monday OFF!)
