Founded in 2016 in Bondi, we have expanded to over 60 locations across the east coast of Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast). As a Mixer at THISBOWL, you’ll be an ambassador of our core values. You will be responsible for providing personalised guest experiences, walking our customers through the menu and making wholesome bowls from scratch.
Skills and experience
- A background working in food, restaurants, and/or customer experience (desirable, not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player mindset and a positive can-do attitude
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a quick and adaptable learner
- Accountability in upholding high standards
Key responsibilities
- Make wholesome bowls from scratch
- Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) register to complete customer transactions
- Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu
- Maintain critical standards of food quality, daily food safety, and sanitation
- Live out THISBOWL's people and culture standards by contributing to an excellent work culture
