- Manage a tidy portfolio of just 160 properties with minimal out of office duties
- No leasing or routine inspections
- VA for admin support
- No trust accounting or BDM duties required!
About the Candidate
- 1.5+ years of experience in Property Management
- Enthusiastic, energetic and strong initiative to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
