About the Candidate
- are an admitted solicitor with 2 years\' OR MORE experience (up to Associatelevel) EITHER as: 1) a specialist health/aged care lawyer with corporate/commercial law experience; OR 2) a commercial/corporate (M&A) lawyer with knowledge/exposure or keen interest in the health/aged care sectors;
- have strong technical (research/drafting/statutory interpretation) +negotiation skills+ high commercial acumen;
- have an inner drive to constantly learn+ improve+ be the best you can be;
- are client-centric+ open-minded+ creative+ a strong team player (essential);
- have a genuine KEEN interest in the HEALTH/AGED CARE sector and committed to carving out a long-term career as a specialist corporate/commercial lawyer in this niche.
