We're looking for a hands-on Fixed Operations Manager to oversee our dealership's service and spare parts departments as our business grows.
With service volumes still building, this role combines day-to-day management with service advising, customer care and behind-the-scenes coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily service and parts operations, including bookings, workshop scheduling and parts availability.
- Meet and greet customers, discuss their service needs, explain quotes and keep them updated.
- Coordinate technicians and parts staff to deliver quality work on time.
- Oversee parts ordering, stock control, invoicing and warranty administration.
- Build practical processes that support excellent customer service, profitability and future growth.
About you
Previous experience as a Fixed Operations Manager would be ideal, but it isn't essential.
This role could also suit a Service Manager ready to take on broader responsibility, or an up-and-coming Service Advisor with excellent customer service and organisational skills who is ready to step into management.
You'll be comfortable leading the operation while getting involved in the daily work, with the ability to develop the departments as the business grows.
