Regional Director, Early Learning & Quality

Eurus Education is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a portfolio of early learning services across Victoria. You will drive safety, quality and financial performance, ensuring compliance with National Law, NQF principles and VECRA requirements.

You will coach centre directors, manage budgets and occupancy, and build strong partnerships with families, schools and local health services. A Diploma or Bachelor in early childhood is preferred, with willingness to travel regionally.
