The predicted salary is between 24.3 - 29.7 $ per hour.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive full-time team member for our Coolangatta Airport location. Reporting to the Station Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the location.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
- To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner in the final stage of their journey
- Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide a solution for any issues that have occurred
- Go the extra mile to ensure high quality service and provide a WOW experience for the customer
- Also be of assistance to any customers who are commencing their journey
- Conduct damage inspection of all returning vehicles; and any outgoing vehicles, to retain customer peace of mind and overall satisfaction
- Checking the vehicles for roadworthiness and ensuring appropriate oil levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained
- Checking for any chips on the windscreens and checking for any panel damage or any other general wear and tear on the vehicle
To be considered, you should possess:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
- Computer literacy skills required
- The ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Current and ongoing Australian work rights
- A positive can do attitude!
