  • Build, manage and convert a high-quality sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract negotiation and implementation.
  • Grow and develop emerging partner accounts by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, engagement and customer value.
  • Act as the commercial lead for selected strategic and Group accounts, building strong stakeholder relationships locally and globally.
  • Identify and evaluate new products, markets and distribution opportunities that support Redion ANZ's growth strategy.
  • Lead, coach and support a small team while fostering collaboration across internal and international stakeholders.
  • Monitor commercial performance, maintain robust pipeline reporting and ensure strong governance across all partnership activities.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Proven success winning and growing large-scale B2B partnerships, ideally within travel insurance, insurance, financial services or affinity sectors.
  • A strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate outcomes and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
  • Experience leading complex RFPs, tenders and partner pitches, including executive-level stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, partners and internal leadership teams.
  • A track record of growing emerging accounts and turning new opportunities into long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Experience evaluating new products, markets or distribution channels and translating ideas into commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions, lead teams and work effectively with global stakeholders.
