In this telephone‐based role within a professional office environment, you'll work rotating day and night shifts, making critical decisions that balance medical, financial, and logistical needs. Your clinical expertise and empathy will support the care and safety of travellers around the globe.

About Us

For more than 60 years, we've been dedicated to supporting travellers on their adventures, offering exceptional care and 24/7 medical assistance.
