What you will be doing
- Servicing, diagnosing and repairing Volvo Penta engines, drives and IPS systems, plus Rehlko generators.
- Fault-finding on EVC, 12/24 V electrical and control systems and electrical installations.
- Working in the workshop and on vessels at marinas, hardstands, docks and sometimes even at sea.
- Contributing to a forward leaning, progressive workshop as we continue to invest in the future.
- Being a brand advocate for Volvo Penta and Euromarine – elevating the customer experience.
What experience are we looking for?
- A trade qualification in Marine, Diesel or Electrical. Dual trade, or strong Volvo Penta experience, is highly regarded.
- 3-5+ years' hands-on experience, ideally in a Volvo Penta or other OEM dealership.
- Strong knowledge of EVC and 12/24 V electrical and control systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar, Cummins, MAN or Scania (desirable).
- A team player who takes pride in quality work.
- Your own trade tools and a current driver's license.
