THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, trade-qualified Vehicle Spray Painter to join our production team on a full-time, permanent basis. Given the volume and variety of work moving through our workshop, you will rarely find yourself doing the same job twice — and there is genuine satisfaction in seeing high-end vehicles leave in exceptional condition.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- – Preparing, priming, painting and refinishing vehicle bodies and accessories
- – Colour mixing and matching to manufacturer specifications
- – Utilising bake ovens and ensuring proper curing times
- –Inspecting finiished work to ensure zero defects, runs or blemishes
- – Buffing, denibing and polishing
- – Working to job sheets and meeting quality benchmarks consistently
- – Handling all customer vehicles with care and professionalism
- – Keeping your work area clean, safe and well-organised
- – Complying with all WHS policies and procedures
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- – Trade qualification in Vehicle Spray Painting, or equivalent hands-on experience
- – A sharp eye for detail and a genuine commitment to a quality finish
