Customer Experience Coordinator | $35–40/hr + Super | Full-Time, Permanent
Are you a confident, organised people person who loves a fast-paced day? We're looking for a proactive Customer Experience Coordinator to be the face of our reception, showroom and Roofing Depot business. You'll be the first person our customers speak to and the one they rely on to get things sorted.
About the Role
You'll look after customers through their entire ordering process, from first enquiry to delivery. That means answering phones, greeting showroom visitors, answering product questions and solving problems as they come up. When things get busy (phones ringing, a customer at the counter, an order to chase), you stay calm, prioritise and keep things moving.
What You'll Be Doing
- Being the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person
- Managing customer orders and job workflows from quote to delivery
- Handling customer questions and issues, and finding solutions
- Maintaining stock and inventory systems (internal and online)
- Supporting the team with WHS and document control
- Providing general admin support to management and keeping the office and showroom running smoothly

- Have experience in customer service, reception or admin (trade or building supplies is a bonus)
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based systems
- Are keen to learn our products and grow with the business
The Essentials
Hours: 6:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (weekends off)
Pay: $35–40 per hour + super, depending on experience
