What’s it like working for Eureka?

No two days are exactly the same. You might start the morning welcoming a new resident and completing their move-in, before processing payments, updating bookings, preparing a community notice or helping the Park Manager with scheduling and correspondence. You’ll spend plenty of time interacting with residents and visitors, so we’re looking for someone who is approachable, respectful and happy to help while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality. Most importantly, you’ll take pride in your work and understand that the small things matter when you’re helping people feel at home.

Is this role right for you?

We’re looking for someone friendly, organised and customer focused. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in customer service, administration or front desk operations.
  • Strong accuracy in financial transactions and cash handling.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial reconciliation and reporting, and an understanding of compliance requirements in residential or hospitality settings, would be highly regarded.

You’ll also need to be available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts and have a strong commitment to service, accuracy and resident satisfaction. Eureka is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, supported and able to contribute. All successful applicants will be required to complete relevant pre-employment checks and provide evidence of unrestricted right to work in Australia.
