The Opportunity
As our Store Manager in Training, you'll work alongside experienced retail leaders, developing the skills and confidence to successfully lead a Eureka Furniture showroom.
This is a hands‑on role where you'll be actively involved in selling, coaching your team and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
We're not looking for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. We're looking for someone who loves being on the sales floor, leading from the front and making things happen!
What You'll Be Doing
- Driving Sales: Lead by example, engage customers, identify opportunities and close sales.
- Leading People: Inspire, coach and motivate team members to achieve their best.
- Achieving Results: Take ownership of sales targets, KPIs and overall store performance.
- Developing Your Leadership: Work closely with experienced leaders to build your store management skills.
- Creating Exceptional Experiences: Build customer relationships and turn showroom visitors into happy customers.
- Running the Showroom: Learn all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, stock management and daily business performance.
- Taking Ownership: Build the confidence and capability to lead a successful showroom.
Who We're Looking For

You’ll be someone who:
- Has a proven track record of achieving strong sales results.
- Has experience in retail management, assistant management, team leadership or senior sales.
- Loves working towards targets and celebrating success.
- Is confident, outgoing and knows how to connect with customers.
- Can motivate, influence and bring out the best in others.
- Takes initiative, accepts accountability and enjoys a challenge.
- Has a genuine desire to grow and develop a career in retail leadership.
- Understands that great leadership starts with setting the example.
Experience in furniture, bedding, homewares, electrical, telecommunications or other big-ticket retail environments would be highly regarded.
