We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada. We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support.
You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions. We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries.
About the role (What you’ll be doing)
We are looking for a Planning & Procurement Manager to build and lead the Planning and Procurement functions at Eucalyptus AU as the business scales and integrates the Hims & Hers portfolio. This is a hands‑on, building role. You will be expected to delve into the detail in areas that need focus building the structure from the ground up — running negotiations, designing frameworks, and leading the S&OP cycle — while also stepping back to lead the function and develop your direct report.
As our Planning & Procurement Manager, you will:
- Design and build the Planning & Procurement operating model — personally establish the frameworks, structures and processes that both functions run on.
- Build and personally run the S&OP process — design and lead the monthly S&OP cycle yourself.
- Build the category strategy in partnership with Commercial — partner with the Commercial team to understand the commercial strategy they own.
- Own supplier performance and quarterly business reviews — personally run structured QBRs with strategic suppliers.
- Design the supply‑risk and contracting framework with Legal — build the framework for identifying and mitigating supply risk across categories.
- Own new product and category launches — partner with Commercial and Clinical on new product lines.
- Manage and develop the Supply & Product Planner — manage, coach and develop your direct report.
- Coach the broader team and raise the bar — as a senior person in the Supply Chain function, practise radical candour.
About you (Who you are)
- 6+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain planning, ideally within FMCG, pharma, healthcare, or another regulated consumer‑goods environment.
- A hands‑on operator who is energised by working in the detail as much as by the strategy.
- Demonstrated experience designing and building procurement or planning frameworks, operating models, and processes from scratch.
- Comfortable designing and running an S&OP process; hands‑on experience with supply and demand planning is highly desirable.
- Experience managing or coaching others; a track record of developing less experienced team members is important.
- A proven commercial negotiator who has designed and delivered category strategies and measurable outcomes.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian import, labelling, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical and fluent with cost, margin, and inventory data.
- A collaborative cross‑functional partner who can translate commercial strategy into category plans.
- Resilient and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast‑scaling, post‑acquisition environment.
Why join Eucalyptus?
- Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer.
- We’re on the path to becoming the world’s largest international digital healthcare company.
- You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence‑based care across markets.
- You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support.
- You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale.
At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings.
