About the role
We're looking for a superstar Allied Health Assistant to support our OTs as they travel across rural Australia. You'll help create client-specific resources, prep sessions and activity ideas, contribute to our social media and get hands-on experience with report writing by helping pre-fill templates.
What you'll need:
- Currently studying Occupational Therapy at university or hold a Cert III or IV in Allied Health.
- Confident using Canva, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote team; all meetings and direction happen online, so you're working from home on your own schedule.
- No other experience necessary, but a shared passion for rural health and working with kids is a huge bonus.
- Ideally, you will be based in either Perth, Darwin or the Hunter Valley, but this is not a necessity. We will consider any location for the right applicant.
What we offer:
- A genuinely fun, unique workplace with real opportunity to build your skills alongside your studies.
- 10 hours a week, with the opportunity to extend.
- Casual employment to start, with the opportunity to move to part-time as the role grows.
- True flexibility; your 10 hours work around your uni schedule, not the other way around.
- $30 to $33 per hour.
Finer Details:
Applications close 14th of August. Interviews will be completed online via video meeting (or in person if location permits).
