About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a dependable and detail‑driven Manufacturing Production Operator to join our team in Hazelmere. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes safety seriously and thrives in a structured environment where quality matters. We operate Monday - Friday with rolling roster – days 6am to 2pm, afternoon 2pm to 10pm and nights 10pm to 6am occasional Saturday work. You must be available for all shifts.
Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to meet daily output targets
Complete quality checks and document results accurately
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times
Assist with equipment changeovers, basic troubleshooting and routine cleaning
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production flow
Operate machinery in a Safe and Efficient manner.
About You
A current Forklift ticket and experience operating
Safety compliance
Previous relevant experience in a continuous manufacturing environment is preferred
High-level communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and understanding
Moderate level of maintenance skills and mechanical aptitude
