Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns across multiple channels
- Coordinate and deliver engagement programs, feedback initiatives, and community-focused activities
- Manage projects end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and execution
- Track and analyze communication effectiveness, engagement metrics, and program performance
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, AI tools, and process enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Communications, Operations, Marketing, Project Coordination, or related functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- High attention to detail with a proactive and hands-on approach
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred Experience
- Customer experience, marketplace operations, or community engagement
- CRM platforms, communications management tools, and campaign analytics
- Event coordination, feedback forums, and engagement programs
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency
